Not much going on these days - word is that after christmas i'll be looking for a new job. Construction industry is after coming to a grinding halt and we are all going to feel it.

So any offers for someone who has need for someone with 12 years structural steel exprience? Amazing, this country was burning money left right, 2 billion over budget for a luas rail line and no-one said boo, and within 4 months it all just stops. The government are now soooooo stupid that they would prefer people on the un-employment line then start building things that they will need in the future - schools, hospitals, community centres. Oh and they are real clever and in order to make sure people have no money to spend they increase taxes so we are kept in the crapper for longer.

So Board Failte (Irish Tourist Board) are going to have a tough time trying to sell this country for the next few years - general election is in 2 years!!!!! How can the people demand a general election sooner - or can we.

Sorry not in good form today - discovered that i am missing 3 of my favourite DVD's. Someone came into my house, opened up the boxes and then took the discs for 3 movies, then closed the boxes up - put them back into their slips and put the box etc back in the shelf. I went to watch Spiderman 3 the other night and found the disc gone. I thought that maybe it was missplaced into the Spiderman 2 box - went to it, found that the movie disc was gone too. Checked them all to find that my very first DVD Ever was gone too. They had left the special features discs - just took the movie disc. I always trust people too much. I have about 150 DVD's and friends and family are always asking for a lend and i am chuffed that they like my style of DVDs. Now i have to cut it back and i hate doing that - all because some git thought he/she'd get away with it.

Found this web site, and i thought it was perfect - he hates TAXI's and Hates gobshytes that don't use indicators, and Fools who don't know how to use Roundabouts.

Don't get me wrong, i'm not the best driver in the world, but sometimes it's about confidence rather then experiece. Someone driving for 30 years can be more of a danger then a learner driver. The learner driver has a tougher time getting his licence, and at this stage doesn't have as many bad habits as the 30 years driver.

Anyway, that's my rant for the day.

Time Travel & UFOs

I was in the shower today and for some reason i had a thought. No idea where it came from, but it was a plausable idea.

You know the way people around the world have been spotting UFO's from time to time, and there are few or no actual ones caught on camera from outerspace.
I had a thought that somewhere in the future we invent Time Travel and UFO's are their mode of transport. That from time to time they come back to see how bad we were. you remember the "Roswell" thing. The way they found little bald things with massive heads etc. May they are just an evolved version of us - maybe thousands of years from now - we'll look like them. We were apes covered in hair a while back, and we are getting smaller in height now a days due to our diets and health.

I reckon i could be onto something with this idea.I mean, it's like all the other ideas out there, and this one - well could be true.
I often think and have said it before that Jesus was from the future, that everything he could do - Macoy could do. (Star Trek Doctor).

I find Garfield one of my pet loves - don't like to admit it too often, but i have books dating back 20 years or so - i think he is just so carefree and sharp and would cut you down without even blinking.

Both great, Pirates was better, but only by a small bit - can't wait for Transformers, Fantastic 4 (2), oh and Bourne Ultimatum, Die Hard 4, Shrek 3, Harry Potter 6, and finally Indiana Jones 4 (Being Made)

One final thing - just a small bit for the lads, i was surfing/working hard, and came across a photo of Sophie Ellis Bextor. I think she is one of the best looking models around and she has a face that is just stunning. Don't getme wrong, i would like a little more meat on her - i mean, there's more fat in a Uni-Slim Bar - but she is just so .... Pretty. If i can say that without sounding too gay. I have recenltly been using a site called www.box.net and they are brillient. I mean, with the web site i have ... spaces.live.com site, there are options ot add usic and videos etc, but you have to have them on net somewhere, you can't just upload them from your PC, so i found a free WEB Storage Site, called box.net

Very easy to use and great for storing stuff, that you can send links to friends, especially when you don't want to e-mail the whole file, you just send the link and let them download if for themselves - VERY HANDY.

Anyway sometimes i can actually take a good picture, sometimes, anyway, was out for a walk the other day with the girls - The Older 2 - and i took a few snaps. We were chasing butterflies and watching bees fly around, and i took a pic of the road that i drive on every day to and from my house (and yes it is in the middle of nowhere)

Next time you see someone walking around a shopping mall or even down the road, and he or she is loosing it with the kids, try not to judge - kids have a way of twisting every nerve you have and playing every card they can in order to get what they want, which might be as silly as saying "i don't want to go to bed" at 11pm (and she's 4). So there is an idea where my head is at.

Isn't it amazing that we get soooo worked up about our own politicians when in fairness they do nothing on the global scale (or any scale for that matter), and yet we pay little attention to elections of the American President and he has the power to affect the entire planet. I mean, even little old Ireland got dragged into his little project of kill all the Terrorists "Over There". WE had threats that Shannon and Dublin Airport was going to be targetted.
What i am saying is that when the Americans are electing a president, maybe next time they might think of the all of us (the world) when hitten that button for their choice. Then maybe they might actually pick someone who not only looks out for them, but doens't screw the rest of us at the same time. They are a super power after all, maybe we all should get a vote. I mean, i am paying higher fuel costs partly becasue of that gimp, and Ireland is getting sun burnt like mad at the moment because of his lack of care for the environment. Anyway, enough ranting, the man is a fool, at least he'll be gone next year. What was wrong with Clinton, so he cheated with an intern - and got caught, and then lied. But no buildings fell down killing thousands, and sending all your troops to be shot at or killed. The last person to do that before Clinton was ... oh look a Bush again.
God i hope the daughter doesn't go into politics, cause by then the Americans will have forgotten what a Bush in the White House is like, and will vote her in for her name.

And while i don't watch Big Brother or that crap - i only have 4 channels and they are all Irish Run, you couldn't have missed how much of a pure slapper this Female is. ( I wrote female, as i was trying to not be too precise as to what i could call her, other then a complete ignorant moran)

I recently logged into the Zach Braff Site - to keep an eye on him, and found a "Mypspace" link.

Till now i had managed to stay away from it, thinking it a little over used and too intrusive, like Beebo for the over 16's, but i recently got a mail from someone reminding me that my profile was incorrect and that i should fix it.

I went back in - made the changes and now i go and check my mail and blog and others every day - i'm hooked, and now i am typing mad every day when i get to work as i have no internet access at home, but have loads to write - well at 12 at night i do anyway.
